Suitable Solar is a lead generation website. If you submit the form, we may share your enquiry with selected local or regional solar providers, solar installers, battery storage providers, quote platforms or fulfilment partners who may be able to assess, quote for or supply the products or services you requested.

Shared enquiry details may include your name, phone number, email address, postcode, homeowner status, annual bill estimate, roof direction, battery interest, estimated system size, estimated generation and estimated savings. A selected provider or partner may then contact you by phone, email or SMS about your enquiry.

Where a provider or partner receives your details and decides how to handle your enquiry, they may act as an independent controller for their own use of your personal data and should explain their own privacy practices when they contact you.

We may also share data with service providers that help us operate the website and lead systems, such as hosting providers, Google Workspace/Google Sheets, email delivery providers, backup systems, security tools, professional advisers, or authorities where required by law.
